Very Good
Very clean, value for money, nice and friendly staff, good cafe downstairs
Location is a bit off, away from all attractions and you would have to spend money for transport every day if you are planning to cover alliteration during your stay in BKK, also, far from airport The bathroom has no shower curtains, so it wet the whole floor when you shower.

Lovely, clean small hotel on the outskirts of Bangkok city. Great breakfast.
The room is very very clean. I had been travelling for awhile in airbnbs and it was a welcome difference to be in such a nicely kept property. The breakfast included was also quite good. I also really liked the little cafe/restaurant that is served in. Great place to work.
The sound insulation could have been a bit better. I was awakened one day by persons checking out.

We took one of the 50sqm suites which we would have liked to rent for weeks at a time! Perfect for a couple with 1 child.

My check-in time was 2PM and I arrived exactly at 2PM but I...
My check-in time was 2PM and I arrived exactly at 2PM but I have no room. They said that they do not have room available and ask me to wait. I have to walk around for one hour until the room is ready. This is unacceptable that the hotel set rule for check-in but can not make it. I want compensation, it was not my fault.
